Assistant to Managing Director to support day-to-day business operations and assist top management. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Support
- Work closely with the MD in planning and executing business strategies.
- Coordinate and monitor performance of all departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Review reports, proposals, and key documents before presenting to MD for decision-making.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to the MD.
2. Acting on Behalf of MD
- Serve as the main point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Represent the MD in meetings and negotiations when required.
- Ensure decisions and instructions from the MD are communicated, implemented, and followed up.
- Take leadership of daily operations during MD’s absence.
- Facilitate effective communication between MD and department heads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and briefings for the MD.
- Draft correspondence, business proposals, and management updates.
3. Communication & Liaison
- Facilitate effective communication between MD and department heads.

4. Administrative & Organisational Duties
- Manage MD’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organise and prepare agendas for board and management meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of company records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and leading cross-functional teams.
- Individual with F&B business knowledge and people management skills are preffered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Note: This role requires fluency in Mandarin to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
