JOB REQUIREMENT

• Repair the toilet tapping supply problem, drainage piping clogging, flushing bowl, piping leaking. etc
• Replace the damaged ceramic tile, floor groove
• Repair the roof leaking or roof damaged
• Repair the general electrical item such as socket switch, lighting, fan , broken cable ,etc. If necessary, support other technician to trouble shoot circuit breaker tripped problem
• Service the air conditional and Small items repair such as office tools such as table& chair, door repair.
• Repair the damaged tooling shed and rack.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENT

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Technical or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building services preferred.
• Experience with basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians or supervisors.
