Segi Fresh - Retails is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Selangor. You will drive profitability through cost control, inventory management, and coordinated marketing efforts while ensuring exceptional customer service.

You’ll lead a productive team, hire and train staff, supervise maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage licenses. The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role as Assistant Store Manager.
• SPM and above educational background.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and operations.

• Oversee store operations and ensure efficiency.
• Control costs and inventory to improve profitability.
• Track sales and implement local marketing to meet targets.
• Create a positive workplace for excellent customer service.

As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the overall operations of the store and ensure the efficiency of smooth operations according to the company standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage store operations and support marketing efforts

About you

• SPM and above
• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role for 3 years and above
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in operational procedures and inventory management
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
• Ability to motivate and train staff
• Understanding of government regulations and compliance
