Segi Fresh - Retails in Saujana Rawang is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive profitability, and manage inventory in a busy retail setting.

SPM and above with 3+ years in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills are essential. You will train staff and coordinate with marketing efforts to achieve targets.

Assistant Store Manager (Saujana Rawang)

As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the overall operations of the store and ensure the efficiency of smooth operations according to the company standard.

Key responsibilities

Manage store operations and support marketing efforts

Improve store profitability by controlling costs and inventory

Track sales and use local marketing to meet targets
