Good2U in Shah Alam seeks a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a frontline team. You will ensure smooth store performance and foster a customer-centric environment.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory, and customer service, with opportunities for advancement to Store Manager in a fast-paced Malaysian retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations including inventory and merchandising.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Drive sales and profitability by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and delegation of daily tasks.
• Conduct sales training and performance reviews for Store Crew and Senior Store Crew.
• Oversee visual merchandising to align with brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory processes including stock counts, transfers, and loss prevention.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager.
