Job summary

Interhill Property Development Sdn. Bhd. in Sarawak seeks an Assistant Sales Manager to steer the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, drive revenue targets, and manage the sales team within the allocated budget.

You will liaison between property agents and buyers, deliver compelling presentations, analyze market trends, and build lasting relationships with bankers and customers to facilitate financing and sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
• Develop detailed business plans to achieve sales & revenue targets set.
• Manage the sales team within marketing expenses and operating budget set.
• Delivering presentations to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing market trends, competitors’ activities and formulating strategies in response to them.
• Act as intermediaries liaising between property agents and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
• Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
• Assist in marketing activities and to perform related work as assigned.
• Implementing sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
• Committed to driving sales and adept at managing sales team.
• Evaluating the performance and KPI of the sales team and preparing concise sales reports.
• Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
• Develop and maintain a strong network collaboration between bankers, lawyers, and customers.
• To assist the customers in obtaining financial assistance and liaise closely with bankers on purchaser loan application status.
• To monitor and manage preparation and completion of Sales & Purchase Agreements, Deed Of Mutual Covenants and Loan Agreement.
• Preparation of regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• Any other relevant task commensurate with the level of the role and as requested by your line manager or Directors.
