Job summary

Promatrix DC Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and provide administrative support to the sales department.

You will monitor daily activities, collaborate with marketing and service teams, and help prepare proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or assistant sales manager role.
• Knowledge of ACC and CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales team members to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC).
• Help track and report on sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing regular sales forecasts and progress reports.
• Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
• Share customer feedback with relevant departments to inform product and service improvements.
