To support the overall performance and operational efficiency of the branch by contributing to sales growth, enhancing profitability, and assisting in marketing initiatives and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to achieving the branch’s monthly and annual sales targets.

Support efforts to meet the branch’s budgeted profit and cost management goals.

Assist in improving Sales Advisors’ productivity and monitoring their performance.

Guide and monitor Sales Advisors in prospecting activities and lead generation.

Collaborate with the Branch Sales Manager (BSM) to strategize, plan, and implement effective marketing activities, especially on-ground events and activations.

Actively participate in customer engagement, showroom activities, and follow-ups to drive bookings and enhance the overall customer experience.
