Job summary

International College of Holistic Health (ICHH) in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment & Enrolment to drive enrolment targets across Malaysia and Singapore. You’ll lead recruitment strategies, supervise the team, and partner with marketing to generate leads while coordinating cross-border activities.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/recruitment, fluency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, telemarketing, customer service, student recruitment or digital marketing.
• Experience in wellness, nutrition, fitness, healthcare or related industries preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin; strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan recruitment and sales strategies to achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.
• Engage and follow up prospective students from enquiry to enrolment.
• Supervise and motivate sales and telemarketing staff to improve performance.
• Monitor leads, CRM activity and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns and lead generation.
• Build relationships with students, partners and referral sources.
• Provide remote recruitment support to ICHH Singapore campus.
• Travel within Malaysia and to Singapore for meetings and events.

The International College of Holistic Health (ICHH) is looking for a customer-focused, self-motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment & Enrolment to grow our wellness education community in Malaysia and Singapore.

We particularly welcome candidates with experience in wellness sales, customer recruitment, membership sales, student recruitment or business development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute recruitment and sales strategies to achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.

Engage, advise and follow up prospective students from enquiry through successful enrolment.

Supervise, guide and motivate sales and telemarketing team members to improve performance and conversion.

Monitor leads, follow-ups, sales activities and CRM records, and provide regular performance reports.

Work closely with the marketing team on digital campaigns, promotions and lead-generation activities.

Build relationships with prospective students, wellness communities, corporate partners and referral sources.

Support training and coaching of sales and tele-sales staff.

Provide remote recruitment and enrolment support to the ICHH Singapore campus.

Travel within Malaysia and to Singapore for meetings, recruitment activities, training and school events when required.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Healthcare or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, student recruitment or digital marketing.

Experience in the wellness, nutrition, fitness, healthcare, beauty or related industry is strongly preferred.

Passionate about wellness, nutrition and helping people learn.

Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin, spoken and written.

Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Confident communicating with students, parents and working adults.

Customer-focused, self-motivated, positive, disciplined and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of social media, online advertising, WhatsApp/email marketing and lead-generation tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Able to work independently and as part of a regional team, with willingness to travel when required.
