Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies restaurant product consistency with department standards.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and surrounding areas at highest level.
• Enforces policies on staff appearance, hygiene and sanitation.
• Conducts daily briefing for all staff members.
• Monitors food and beverage quality and portion control.
• Controls usage of outlet supplies and equipment.
• Assists Restaurant Manager to provide training and promotes teamwork.
