Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Diploma/Degree holder in Quantity Surveying and/or Building Management with at least 1 year of related experience to join our project coordination team in Kedah. The role requires strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency with MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project, and the ability to travel and work long hours.

You will liaise with consultants and contractors, assist with planning, budgeting, cost control, and report preparation to the Project

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor and/or Building Management.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office and MS Project.
• Possess good organisation and time management skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants and contractors for project coordination, planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Follow up on planning and construction drawing approvals with local authorities.
• Review construction drawings and estimate building materials.
• Assist in project implementation and supervise on-site progress.
• Prepare relevant reports as required by the Project Manager.
