The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree/diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong cost management knowledge, and proficiency in QS software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within construction.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, processes and cost management.
• Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations and industry standards.
