Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination and administration.
• Experience in construction, property development or related industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress against schedules.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action-item trackers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for projects.
