Lee’s Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support the Product & Marketing team in strategizing and executing Lee’s product portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive growth, manage launches, pricing, and go-to-market activities while maintaining focus on affordable, high-quality food for millions of customers. You will contribute to market research, product campaigns, and performance analysis, with opportunities to influence pricing and planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in product management, brand management, or a related role.
• Exposure to non-meat products is preferred.
• Track record supporting product launches or campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-starter, proactive and eager to learn, working under guidance from a Product Manager.
• Collaborative team player across departments with good English proficiency.
