Qualifications

• 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business goals and cost optimisation.
• Manage sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, inventory planning, and logistics activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supply.
• Lead tender, quotation, and contract negotiation processes.
• Monitor procurement budgets, spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure timely procurement and distribution of equipment, merchandise, and operational supplies.
• Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and stock audits.
• Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs.
• Manage import/export activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure procurement records, documentation, and system transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Oversee the application, renewal and compliance of all business licences, permits and statutory registrations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Lead and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About the role:

To lead and manage procurement function by developing strategic sourcing initiatives, building strong supplier partnerships, driving cost optimisation, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services across all business units. The role is responsible for delivering commercial value while maintaining high standards of governance, operational efficiency, compliance, and inventory management to support the company's growth and member experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 5–7 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience leading procurement within a multi‑site organisation.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing procurement budgets, inventory and logistics operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality and service outcomes.
• Experience with procurement systems, ERP platforms and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative leader who enjoys building relationships across the business and with external partners.
