SmartHire by SEEK is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager for a dynamic F&B or hospitality destination in Malaysia. You will shape marketing, PR and social media strategies, working with Sales & Events, operations and senior leadership to build brand awareness and guest growth across the region.

The role covers campaigns, content, digital channels, influencer partnerships and events, with a focus on guest experience, brand consistency and compliant marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive marketing and PR experience in hospitality or F&B.
• Digital marketing proficiency including CRM, email marketing and analytics.
• Ability to lead integrated campaigns, manage budgets and coordinate with Sales & Events.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and align with business goals, maintaining brand consistency and supporting regional expansion.
• Plan integrated campaigns including annual calendars, budgets and agency partnerships.
• Create engaging content, events and campaigns reflecting the brand personality.
• Grow digital channels: website, social, paid ads, influencers, analytics and timely publishing.
