Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives, product launches and sales targets.

Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, creatives and deliverables.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise results.

2. AI & Marketing Technology

Keep up to date with the latest AI, digital marketing and social media trends.

Understand how to effectively use AI tools to improve marketing productivity, content development, research, campaign planning and creative ideation.

Explore new AI tools, platforms and technologies that can enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Encourage practical adoption of AI within daily marketing workflows.

3. Digital Advertising & Performance Optimisation

Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant digital channels.

Analyse campaign performance including leads, conversions, engagement, ROAS and other key marketing metrics.

Work closely with internal teams or agencies to optimise targeting, creatives, budgets and campaign performance.

Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

4. Content Planning, Management & Brand Direction

Develop content strategies and content calendars across social media and digital platforms.

Guide content direction for social media posts, videos, advertisements, campaigns and promotional materials.

Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company's brand positioning and identity.

Work closely with content creators, designers, videographers and external agencies.

Ensure health and wellness-related content is presented professionally, responsibly and in line with approved brand and product information.

5. Social Media & Digital Presence

Oversee the company's social media presence and ensure platforms remain active, relevant and engaging.

Identify trending topics, formats and content opportunities suitable for the wellness and health industry.

Develop strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and customer conversion.

Monitor competitors, market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities.

6. Events, Webinars & Livestream Management

Plan, coordinate and execute physical events, webinars, livestreams, product launches, workshops and promotional activities.

Manage event planning from concept development through execution and post-event evaluation.

Coordinate speakers, doctors, healthcare professionals, KOLs, partners, vendors and internal teams where required.

Develop marketing strategies to drive registrations, attendance, engagement and conversion.

Experience in managing webinars and livestream selling/marketing activities will be an advantage.

Work closely with Sales, Medical/Wellness, Operations and Management teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.

Develop campaigns and promotional activities that support lead generation, customer acquisition and sales conversion.

Track marketing-generated leads and campaign effectiveness.

Support new product/service launches and business development initiatives.

8. Market Research & Innovation

Monitor developments in the wellness, healthcare, anti-ageing, preventive health and lifestyle sectors.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Proactively propose new campaign ideas, marketing concepts, partnerships and customer engagement strategies.

Continuously explore innovative approaches to strengthen the company's market positioning.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with experience in digital marketing and integrated campaigns.

Experience in the healthcare, wellness, beauty, medical, pharmaceutical or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of digital advertising, social media, content marketing and performance marketing.

Good understanding of current AI tools and AI-driven marketing trends.

Proven experience in organising events, webinars, livestreams or digital campaigns.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Good analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.

Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to support communication and content requirements.

Creative, innovative and commercially driven with a strong sense of market trends.

Aggressive, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
