Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and support CRM solutions for servicing and marketing. You will build plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, and configure modules like Customer Service and Customer Insights.

Collaborate with Singapore CRM team and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. Candidates should have 4–6 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience, strong C# development skills, and knowledge of Power

• Strong C# plugin development and custom business logic implementation.
• Experience with Power Automate, SSRS reporting, and Power BI.
• Full SDLC exposure, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working in integrated enterprise environments with multiple upstream and downstream systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle incidents, defects, and enhancement requests independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team model.

What is this role about?

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with SG Tech is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting AIA Singapore's CRM platforms for servicing and marketing. This role will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related integrations, ensuring stable delivery of business features, production support, and continuous improvement across the CRM ecosystem.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and application logic using C#.

Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Customer Insights and Customer Voice.

Work with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Support data integrations between source systems and Dataverse

Collaborate with internal teams supporting PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Databricks and AKS-based services.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.

Contribute to development, code review, release activities, and technical documentation across CRM solutions and related repositories.

Support deployment pipelines and release coordination for CRM plugins, CRM solutions, ADF, SSIS packages, and AKS-based components managed through GitHub.

Ensure compliance with security, coding, and operational standards during development and support activities.

Work closely with the Singapore-based CRM team and provide dependable support.

Requirements:

Around 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

Strong experience in C# plugin development and custom business logic implementation.

Experience with Power Automate, SSRS reporting, and Power BI.

Full SDLC exposure, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
