A leading company in the industry seeks a Supply Chain Manager to drive sales and operations planning, manage supplier relationships, and implement improvements across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess over 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in all operational areas.
You will be the key driver of the organization’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Key Raw Materials Planning.
What You'll Do
1. Manage functional KPIs per company target and take the responsive decision/action.
2. Manages the order fulfillment process timely and accurately.
3. Capable of resolving issues arising from operations and requiring coordination cross-functionally.
4. Implement continuous improvement across supply chain function and integration with midstream.
5. Define Key Results Areas clearly and roles for supply chain and customer service members.
6. Develop robust forecast process in coordination with Sales.
7. Secure cost effective, reliable and quality service from key suppliers.
8. Effective negotiations and engagement with existing and potential suppliers.
9. Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of suppliers.
10. Develop sourcing strategy for all necessary materials and accessories.
11. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
12. Complete projects and initiatives as assigned by superior.
What You Need to Succeed
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic Management or other related field.
2. At least 5 years of supply chain related working experience – Material and Inventory Management, Production Planning, Sourcing, Warehouse and Logistic Management.
3. Hands on experience with supply chain management software.
4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
5. Team player, good time-management skills & great interpersonal and communication skills.
