This role is responsible for driving end-to-end order book execution for JD Sports across Southeast Asia, ensuring confirmed orders are converted into deliveries with maximum availability, accuracy and speed. Working as part of the SEA JD Key Account Management team, the Specialist will provide article-level visibility of the JD order book, inbound, availability and delivery status across six markets, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution together with Country Customer Service, Order Book Fulfilment, Supply Chain and JD planning and merchandising teams. A key focus of the role is to improve order book conversion and reduce availability-related sales loss by establishing consistent order book and inbound management processes across SEA. The Specialist will act as the operational link between adidas and JD, ensuring both teams have a clear and aligned view of what will ship, what will land, what is delayed and what requires action.
Key responsibilities
Own the consolidated JD SEA order book view across six countries, from order placement through allocation, shipment and final delivery
Review and maintain the order book weekly at article level, ensuring quantities, delivery dates, availability and shipment status are accurate
Track order book conversion and proactively identify orders at risk of delay, cancellation or non-fulfilment
Work closely with Country Customer Service and Order Book Fulfilment teams to resolve blockers and maximize conversion of confirmed orders into net sales
Maintain detailed visibility of article-level availability, inbound phasing, confirmed delivery dates and short shipments
Conduct weekly availability reviews against the JD assortment and order book, identifying gaps early and driving recovery actions
Translate article-level supply and delivery information into an assortment-level view to understand the commercial impact of delays
Act as the operational interface between the SEA JD KAM team, JD Planning/Merchandising, Country Customer Service, Order Book Fulfilment, Supply Chain and Demand Planning
Track key execution KPIs including order book conversion, OTIF, fill rate, cancellations, late deliveries and availability
Provide weekly reporting and actionable insights to the JD KAM team on execution performance and key commercial risks
About you
Strong understanding of wholesale order book, availability, allocation, inbound and delivery processes
Strong analytical capability and ability to work accurately with high-volume, article-level data
Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge strongly preferred
Strong follow-up discipline and ability to drive issues through to resolution across multiple stakeholders
Ability to connect operational detail with commercial impact
Highly structured, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple countries and deadlines simultaneously
2–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, supply chain, wholesale operations, customer operations or planning
Experience managing order books, inbound, availability or fulfilment in a multi-market environment preferred
Experience in sportswear, fashion, footwear, retail or FMCG preferred
