Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing to join Olympic Cable Company Sdn Bhd, a member of the OSK Group. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing initiatives, supporting the leadership team in achieving business objectives and contributing to the company's growth and market presence. This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership capabilities whilst managing key sales and marketing functions across our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and expand market reach
• Support the management of sales team performance, including monitoring progress against KPIs and providing coaching and feedback
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement

What we're looking for
