Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and standards.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in site-based or engineering consultant role; infrastructure/high-rise/large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and specifications; provide on-site technical guidance to ensure compliance with plans.
• Coordinate daily on-site activities with contractors and suppliers; monitor progress and report deviations.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with technical requirements and address identified defects.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, technical details, and site activities; prepare reports for management.
• Enforce safety regulations on-site and participate in safety audits.

Key Outcomes Ensures technical precision in project execution, reducing construction errors and delays. Facilitates effective communication with contractors and internal teams for smooth coordination. Supports adherence to project timelines through proactive planning and technical input. Contributes to the overall efficiency and quality of the company’s construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Technical Support Review and interpret project drawings and specifications. Provide technical guidance to on‑site teams to ensure compliance with plans.
• 2. Site Coordination Assist in coordinating daily on‑site activities with contractors and suppliers. Monitor progress and report deviations from the project plan.
• 3. Quality Assurance Conduct inspections to verify that construction work aligns with technical requirements. Ensure corrective actions are taken for identified defects.
• 4. Documentation Maintain accurate records of project progress, technical details, and site activities. Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders as required.
• 5. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce adherence to safety regulations on‑site. Participate in safety audits and implement recommendations.
