Job description
Responsibilities

Processing of sales order, providing the availability of material from stock or Platform, Order confirmation to the customer

Form D and Country of Origin certificates for export consignment

Follow policies and procedures set by the company and also comply to various ISO standards

Manage & verify the data entered in ERP from order received, purchase order to factories as per customer specifications and terms mentioned in the customer PO

Ensure smooth communication between sales, logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations functions

Prepare various reports for Management on Sales forecast, Inventory, Open orders, YTD Sales

Monitor the readiness of goods for shipment to minimise delay once the order is processed

Alldata is effectively and accurately tracked and built KPI dashboard is built to ensure operational effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and customer centricity.

Continually review logistical support, evaluate better proposals to manage the supply chain with the most effective and competitive solution.

Perform any other duties assigned by management on a time-to-time basis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience in the Order Processing function

Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience

Knowledge of Export documentation will be preferred
