Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance & Corporate Affairs to oversee financial planning, regulatory compliance, corporate admin, cross-functional teams, and the multimedia department. You will lead cost controls, ensure statutory compliance, and drive continuous improvements in a data-driven environment.

The role reports to senior management and offers a fully on-site work arrangement in Shah Alam, Selangor, with a focus on manufacturing backdrop and ISO/DOSH compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CPA/MIA; MBA is an added advantage.
• 10 years of general finance and full-set accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within manufacturing.
• Strong command of Mandarin and English.
• Strong technical background in ERP finance modules, Power BI/Excel financial analysis, and cloud reporting platforms.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 and DOSH/OSH statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Control: Formulate budgets, control cash flow, and deliver actionable financial insights to HODs to strengthen risk management and support business growth.
• Corporate Affairs & Compliance: Oversee statutory compliance, regulatory permits (SSM, MBSA, LMW, SST, DOSH, ISO), and maintain strong liaisons with tax and customs authorities.
• Administrative & Cross-Functional Oversight: Lead daily office admin, facility maintenance, and vendor management while providing directional support to the multimedia content team.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and develop the Business Admin team to maintain high operational performance and discipline.
