Public Mutual Berhad is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage disciplinary matters and provide labour-relations guidance. You will conduct investigations, assess facts, and handle domestic inquiries with objectivity and fairness.

You will monitor employment legislation and trends, advise stakeholders, and continuously review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Collaboration with Audit, Risk and Compliance will support effective risk mitigation and uphold ethical standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HRM, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HR governance, employee/industrial relations, and applicable legal frameworks.
• Sound judgment in managing complex and sensitive situations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle critical conversations with objectivity, composure, and empathy.
