Job summary
DESINCE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to run day-to-day e-commerce operations and affiliate marketing across our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores.
You will lead a small team, manage listings, pricing, vouchers, and campaigns, and drive performance with data-driven decision making. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, you bring 3+ years of relevant experience in apparel e-commerce.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce store operations (apparel background is preferred).
- Platform Expertise: TikTok Shop Seller Centre (Required).
- Affiliate Management: Experience coordinating affiliate, creator, or influencer gifting campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Able to read and interpret performance dashboards (monitoring GMV, cancellation rate, AOV, return rate, and stock levels).
- Leadership: Prior experience managing and coaching a small-medium team.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mindset: A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail office environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily platform operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada Seller Centres.
- Manage product listings, pricing configurations, store vouchers, and campaign submissions (CNY, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
- Monitor shop health metrics daily — resolving product violations, penalty points, shipping SLAs, and customer dispute appeals.
- Lead and roster customer service shifts, maintaining high chat response rates and service quality.
- Manage the end-to-end affiliate cycle: creator sourcing, seeding pitch, sample pipeline tracking, and content follow-ups.
- Analyze affiliate sales data to identify top-performing organic creators and prioritize them for high-value seeding pipelines.
- Set weekly targets for the affiliate team and review outputs.

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to run day-to-day e-commerce operations and affiliate marketing execution across all three of our online shops. This is a highly active, operations-first role — not a passive coordinator position.

Basic salary of RM 3,500.00 – RM 5,000.00 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

1. E-Commerce Store & Shop Management:
Oversee daily platform operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada Seller Centres.
Manage product listings, pricing configurations, store vouchers, and campaign submissions (CNY, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
Monitor shop health metrics daily — resolving product violations, penalty points, shipping SLAs, and customer dispute appeals.
Supervise return, refund, cancellation handling, and respond to negative reviews to protect shop ratings.
Lead and roster customer service shifts, maintaining high chat response rates and service quality.
2. Affiliate Marketing & Creator Seeding:
Manage the end-to-end affiliate cycle: creator sourcing, seeding pitch, sample pipeline tracking, and content follow-ups.
Analyze affiliate sales data to identify top-performing organic creators and prioritize them for high-value seeding pipelines.
Set weekly targets for the affiliate team and review outputs.
