Job summary

Desince Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an E-Commerce & TikTok Manager/Assistant Manager to lead our online store operations and livestream strategy from our Selangor base.

You will manage TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, build live selling programs, coach a small team, oversee creator partnerships, and translate data into actionable improvements to grow GMV.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in e-commerce operations or content management.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Experience in apparel/fashion preferred.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day)

You will act as the bridge between our backend e-commerce operations and our frontend creative sales engine!

• E-Commerce Store Operations: Oversee daily operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada Seller Centres. Manage listings, campaign submissions (9.9, 11.11, etc.), and monitor shop health metrics (resolving penalty points and shipping SLAs).
• Livestream Sales Strategy: Develop TikTok Live strategies to crush daily/monthly sales targets. Prepare live show scripts, product storytelling, and monitor streams in real‑time to optimize conversion rates.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and roster a diverse team of TikTok Live Hosts, Content Creators, and Customer Service staff. Conduct regular training on camera confidence and sales techniques.
• Affiliate & Creator Management: Manage the end‑to‑end affiliate cycle: creator sourcing, seeding pitches, and analyzing affiliate sales data to scale high‑ROI partnerships.
• Content Direction: Oversee the production of high‑performing TikTok short‑form videos and collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent visual standards.
• Data & Analytics: Read performance dashboards (GMV, AOV, return rates, engagement rates) and implement data‑driven strategies to improve both operations and content.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2–3+ years of hands‑on management experience in e‑commerce store operations, TikTok Live, or digital content management (Apparel/Fashion background is highly preferred).
• Platform Expertise: Deep, hands‑on experience navigating the TikTok Shop Seller Centre, Shopee, and Lazada backends is strictly required.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, coach, and motivate a small‑to‑medium team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
• Analytical Problem‑Solver: You are highly data‑driven, capable of interpreting dashboards to take swift corrective actions.
