We are seeking a proactive and versatile Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to drive Lexus’s digital presence and customer engagement. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong expertise in CRM, SEO, and social media, who can balance strategy with execution. You will partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure data-driven performance that aligns with Lexus’s business objectives.

What You'll be doing:
CRM & Customer Journey: Manage CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
SEO: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies, keyword research, and performance optimization to increase organic visibility.
Social Media Marketing:
Agency & Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate multiple digital agencies across CRM, SEO, paid media, and social media. Ensure clear briefs, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
Budget & Reporting:
Analytics & Optimization:
Campaign Execution: Support digital campaign launches from ideation to execution, ensuring integration across platforms.
Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to recommend innovative opportunities.
