Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day BAU BPC support to LBUs using SAP.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with the regional template and are aligned with the regional solution architecture team.
- Perform BAU activities for Incident and Service Request: diagnose, investigate, troubleshoot; perform configuration changes/fixes or work with vendors to resolve incidents; manage assigned ServiceNow tickets and deliver according to SLA target.
- Perform BAU activities for Change Request: develop and update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation (Functional Specification Documentation, FSD); perform configuration / code changes and unit test; prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria; inform readiness for regression test/production deployment; prepare and submit the Change Deployment Template; close ticket upon successful production deployment or upon confirmation from the Integration Manager; perform post‑deployment validation.
- Perform BAU activities in accordance with GASC USC‑Finance operational policy (moderate to complex scenarios).
- Collaborate positively with all stakeholders on BAU related matters.
- Support end users in system usage and raise SAP proficiency; act as a GASC USC‑Finance ambassador.
- Provide training to end users.
- Participate in project activities that focus primarily on BPC.
- Support BPC technical activities such as data extraction, data manager package and package link, input and output templates.
- May require short‑term travel, standby, and shift arrangements.
- Support the Team Manager on work assignments as required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Accounting equivalent.
Experience
5 to 8 years of regional solution/system support with SAP BPC focus across the APAC region.
At least 3 end‑to‑end project implementations in BPC is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Applied accounting/business knowledge in SAP BPC 10.0 / BPC 2021.
- Proven business analysis experience with end‑to‑end consolidation functions; good understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Configuration experience with BPC (or comparable consolidation tools); working knowledge of SAP BW preferred; knowledge of SAP FICO modules and ANAPLAN an advantage.
- Hands‑on experience in BPC functional, technical design and configuration.
- Strong VBA experience and excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel functions.
- Relevant SAP certification(s) and licenses.
