Assistant Manager, GHNW Planning and Forecasting

The Global High Net Worth (GHNW) team sources and onboard global HNW customers to the Enterprise. As Assistant Manager, GHNW Planning and Forecasting, you will prepare daily sales reporting, monthly new‑business and in‑force earnings forecasts, and support annual business planning. You will work closely with senior leaders across functions, drive performance, and transform operations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present daily sales reporting and monthly new‑business financial forecasts (APE, NBV, NBCSM).
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions to senior management and regional stakeholders.
  • Analyze actual performance versus forecast, providing variance analysis and key driver insights.
  • Assist in monthly Policyholder Experience (PHE) monitoring and forecast, and deliver insights to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Support the annual planning cycle, including financial projections for new‑business metrics and core earnings.
  • Respond to urgent and complex financial analysis requests for new‑business and earnings.
  • Provide actuarial insights for business initiatives, performance reviews, and transformation projects.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as Takaful product development, new‑market entry, and distribution strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of actuarial or financial analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an AXIS‑type platform.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
