Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Supervisor to safeguard our retail operations through proactive surveillance and incident handling. You will monitor CCTV feeds, respond to security events, and collaborate with warehouse and security teams to prevent losses across our network.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, preparing detailed reports for management, and conducting site inspections to ensure CCTV, access control, and related systems operate

Job description

Monitor CCTV footage to detect theft, security breaches, and unauthorized access.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, NVR, server, and access control systems.

Investigate security incidents, respond to emergencies, and prepare accurate incident reports.

Conduct site inspections to ensure security equipment functionality and compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Coordinate with warehouse staff, security teams, and law enforcement to support security and loss prevention efforts.

Prepare regular reports and updates for the Head of Department, and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
