Private Advertiser is seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics for bakery and pastry production in Malaysia. You will ensure timely material deliveries, maintain product freshness, and coordinate with production, warehouse, and delivery teams to support daily schedules.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in related fields and experience in FMCG or food logistics. Strong planning, leadership, and computer skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage daily logistics operations aligned with bakery production schedules.
• Coordinate inbound raw material deliveries to prevent production disruption.
• Oversee dispatch of finished bakery and pastry products to outlets/customers.
• Ensure proper handling, temperature control, and hygiene during transport.
• Optimize delivery routes to maintain product freshness and minimize delays.
• Monitor inventory flow between production, warehouse, and distribution.
• Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and dispatch coordination.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage logistics costs, vehicle utilization, and maintenance scheduling.
• Address delivery issues, customer complaints, and urgent distribution needs.
