Job summary

TDCX Malaysia invites you to join our HR team as an HR Administrator, focusing on delivering a seamless employee experience across onboarding and offboarding. You will generate contracts, maintain records, and coordinate local claims within a global, award-winning environment.

With strong organizational skills, you will support benefits administration, visa processes, and HRIS data accuracy, contributing to ongoing improvements in our Quality Management System and employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Social Sciences, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in HR administration is preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive the employee experience across onboarding, new hire onboarding coordination, and offboarding.
• Update and maintain employee records in HRIS such as Flash.
• Generate employment letters such as certification letters and visa applications.
• Process local government claims (maternity, childcare, etc).
• Manage employee benefits policies and systems.
• Generate offer letters and employment contracts; initiate candidate processes.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

What is your mission?

• Drive the employee experience over the employee life cycle (onboarding of new hires, New Employee Onboarding program coordination, confirmation appraisal, off boarding etc.).
• Update and maintain employee records in Human Resources Information Systems such as Flash.
• Generate employment related letters such as Letter of Certification, Visa Application, etc.
• Process local government claims (maternity claims, childcare claims etc).
• Manage employee benefits policies and systems.
• Generate offer letters, employment contracts, and initiate process for candidates.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years of experience handling HR administration or related roles is ideal for this position.
• Ability to plan well with strong organizational skills to execute tasks efficiently.
• Ability to be hands-on, pro-active, and flexible in driving process improvements.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and to multi-task under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end to end on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
