Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to monitor and manage servers and infrastructure services, ensure backups, and provide end-user support across PCs, networks, and email systems. You will analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain system integrity while collaborating across teams.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or higher in a related field, 2 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in Safety Management, Engineering or a related qualification.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Experience in supporting end users for daily PC usage problems (Microsoft Windows).
• Experience with Windows Server Active Directory, network infrastructure, permissions, DNS and SMTP/HTTP services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services (e.g., Anti-virus, Databases, AD, Exchange, File services, firewalls).
• Develop and implement housekeeping routines and monitor system and infrastructure logs.
• Ensure backups are executed and can be restored when required.
• Provide technical support for end users (PCs, laptops, printers, emails).
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide permanent resolutions to incidents.
• Handle privilege access, configuration compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.

What is your mission?

• Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services, such as Anti-virus systems, Databases, Active Directory, Exchange Mail, File services, firewalls, etc.
• Develop and implement housekeeping routines, monitoring system and infrastructure service logs.
• Ensure that back-up operations are executed and completed, ensuring the integrity of back-up operations periodically in order to restore from back-up as required.
• Provide technical support for the end users needs, such as personal computers (PCs), laptops, network printer, and emails.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and provide permanent resolution to these incidents.
• Handle privilege access, system configuration compliance, and vulnerability management collaboration.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Safety Management, Engineering or a related qualification.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Experienced in supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem (Microsoft Windows).
• Experienced with Windows Server Active Directory users and computers, Windows Server Active Directory, network infrastructure, Windows Server files and folders permission.
• Experienced with DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, WINS, IIS and FTP and TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
