People Pathfinders is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support the Senior HR Manager in Malaysia, covering recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and corporate HR initiatives. The role includes managing administration, office facilities, and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and selection in Malaysia (sourcing, job ads, screening, interviewing, shortlisting).
• Manage full employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, probation, renewals, performance, relations, offboarding.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide data insights to management.
