Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a Housekeeping/Laundry role at an hourly/entry level, full-time, local position. You will assist in the daily operations and help maintain Hyatt’s brand standards within a vibrant hotel team.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality qualification and have at least 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping leadership role in a luxury hotel, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Assistant Manager or Team Leader Housekeeping in a luxury hotel brand.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Malaysian government work permit restrictions allow only Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the housekeeping department.
• Train and supervise attendants and team leaders.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations and brand standards.
