Job summary

Taylor’s International School Puchong (TISPC) seeks an Assistant Head - Assessment & Timetabling Data (Academic) to drive data-informed improvements in student achievement and curriculum alignment across the Secondary School.

The role requires QTS, a strong IGCSE/ENC background, and proven leadership; you will oversee data collection, reporting via iSams, and the timetable to maximise learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in secondary education.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to design and manage school timetables.
• Experience with IGCSE and ENC at KS3/4.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student progress tracking and data-driven strategy via iSams.
• Lead timetable design to maximise learning time and balance workload.
• Support Heads of Departments in planning, assessment, and curriculum delivery.
• Monitor assessment practices and implement interventions for at-risk students.
• Produce timely academic reports to SLT and Governors.
