Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and control. You will work closely with management and the Operations team to maintain financial integrity, improve efficiency, and support long-term business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5 years of accounting/finance experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all financial/accounting functions including planning, reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and planning.
• Oversee daily accounting activities and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations team.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain accounting system and strengthen internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, legal advisors and other statutory bodies.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required by management.

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to support the company’s financial management and drive effective financial planning, reporting, and control. Working closely with management and the Operations team, you will contribute to maintaining financial integrity, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s long-term business goals. This role is based at Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for management of all aspects of financial/accounting functions, inclusive of financial planning, financial/management reporting, budgetary controls, treasuring, funding, tax, planning, etc.
• Oversee daily accounting activities and perform administrative tasks.
• Monitor and work closely with the Operations team.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management and financial reporting.
• Maintain the Company's accounting system and enhance its internal control system where applicable.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, legal advisors and other statutory bodies/authorities.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by Management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualifications, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years' working experience in an accounting and/or financial role, with at least 2 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Good problem solving skills with strong financial judgement.
• Proactive, independent, a team player, and able to multi task while meeting deadlines.
• Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate with various clients.
