Atomic Recruitment SEA seeks a skilled accounting professional to manage the Singapore entity's books, including GL, journal entries, and reconciliations. The role covers month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, with preparation of statements and management reports.

You will coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GST, corporate tax, and statutory reporting. Proactive process improvements and ERP enhancement support are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with 4–6 years of experience.
• ACCA, CPA, Singapore CA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax and statutory reporting.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Handle full sets of accounts for the Singapore entity, including general ledger, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, corporate tax and ACRA requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support regional and HQ reporting requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support ERP enhancements and finance automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with at least 4-6 years of experience.
• ACCA, CPA, Singapore CA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
