We are seeking a dynamic, meticulous, and career-driven Assistant Finance Manager to join their finance team.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in supervising the day-to-day corporate finance and accounting functions of the group's portfolios.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Financial & Statutory Reporting: Assist in the preparation and consolidation of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Malaysia requirements.
• Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Coordinate with various business units to compile annual budgets, financial forecasts, and conduct detailed variance analysis to track operational performance.
• Audit & Tax Compliance: Liaise closely with external auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of annual audits, tax submissions, and corporate governance compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Education & Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
