Lead our engineering and panel production teams overseeing control panel projects, from design and material procurement through fabrication, wiring, factory testing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

Lead engineers and technicians to meet project quality, cost and delivery requirements.

Review panel layouts, electrical schematics, component selection, bills of materials and technical submissions.

Plan engineering resources, workshop manpower and production schedules across multiple projects.

Oversee procurement, supplier coordination and material availability.

Coordinate with customers and consultants on technical requirements, project progress and outstanding issues.

Oversee factory acceptance testing, troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Monitor project costs, variations and delivery risks.

Develop engineering standards, workshop procedures and quality controls.

Coach team members and support competency assessments and career development.

Promote safe working practices throughout engineering and panel production.

About you

Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of relevant experience, including experience leading engineering or production teams.

Strong knowledge of control panel design, fabrication, wiring and factory testing.

Experience with PLC and DDC panels, electrical protection, instrumentation and control circuits.

Ability to review electrical drawings and assess component suitability.

Proven ability to manage project schedules, procurement, budgets and customer expectations.
