Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia (Gopeng, Perak) is seeking a dedicated technician to ensure the health of test floor machines and meet delivery requirements. The role supports test operations 7x24 and requires the ability to work additional office hours on weekdays.

Primary duties include conducting minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and solving known problems with basic troubleshooting while functioning independently and as part of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering field required or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Owns the health of test floor machines to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Supports test operations 24/7 (7x24).
• Performs minor repairs and preventive maintenance.

Education

Diploma in mechatronic/electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering

Support test operations 7*24.

Able to work in Office Hour (Mon-Fri 8am-5.15pm).

Conducts minor repair and preventive maintenance

Solves known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and can function independently.

Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process yield

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

Minimum Diploma in mechatronic/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering

Must passed subject English & Mathematics at SPM level.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage.
