Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support routine maintenance and equipment uptime across EOL Trim, From, EAV and Mold handler lines. The role involves hands-on setup, conversion, and troubleshooting to maximize machine availability.

You will assist senior engineers during new technology and package ramp-ups and help audit maintenance surveillance on assigned equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• Executing routine maintenance definitions and daily maintenance to ensure EOL Trim, From, EAV, and Mold handler equipment uptime.
• Performing hands-on equipment setups, conversions, and troubleshooting to maximize machine uptime.
• Investigating equipment breakdowns to support root-cause analysis and preventive counter measures.
