Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated engineer to perform sample preparation for development projects and carry out failure analysis on semiconductor devices. The role requires maintaining analytical equipment, ensuring 5S and safety compliance, and supporting engineers and the internal team.
The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering and 5–6 years of QM Failure Analysis experience, with the ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts.
1.Perform sample preparation activities for new and existing development / technology projects / RE.
2.Responsible for maintaining analytical equipment under their care to ensure always in good condition.
3.Fulfill tasks and targets which will be deployed from time to time.
4.Ensure compliance of 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment and workstations.
5.Responsible for disposal of chemical waste and critical waste.
6.Ensure all mandatory / refresher training not overdue in system.
7.Have good communication skills to interact with engineers and internal team.
8.To support ad-hoc request assign by superior.
Qualifications:
1.Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent).
2.Must passed SPM including subject Mathematics & English.
3.Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in QM Failure Analysis from Semiconductor.
4.Experience in sample preparation and Failure Analysis analysis tools.
5.Knowledge in semiconductor backend process.
6.Must be able to work in 12 hours Shift (Day & Night rotation)
