Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years in FMCG industry or equivalent.
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Knowledge and experience in Nielsen/NIQ market data is advantageous.
Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Manager in developing and executing annual and tactical marketing plans for the Coffee category.
Take ownership of day‑to‑day brand management and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Plan, coordinate and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns including digital, social media, consumer activation and launches.
Prepare regular brand performance reports, campaign reviews and post‑campaign evaluations.
Support New Product Development (NPD) including market assessment, packaging, pricing and launch planning.
Work with Sales and CCD Team to develop channel and customer‑specific activities to boost visibility and distribution.
Monitor marketing expenditure and assist in budgeting.
