TOPOINT BUILDER SDN BHD, a design and build company in Malaysia, is seeking an Architect/Assistant Architect with a minimum of 3 years drafting experience. You will plan and prepare architectural designs and CAD drawings to required standards, and deliver drawings efficiently while coordinating with clients, authorities, and contractors.

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and to prepare architectural design and computerized drawings according to required standards and codes.
• Able to deliver work and drawings in an efficient and timely manner.
• Attend meeting with Clients ,Authorities, Contractor.
• Liaise with all relevant parties and Clients to obtain accurate information and coordinate with team members.
• Able to prepare 3D drawing from customers sample and convert into internal drawing.

Qualifications & experience

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting.

Required skill(s): AutoCad, CAD, Sketch-up or other relevant software.

Remuneration will commensurate with experience and ability.
