Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of diesel engine operations, performance metrics, and troubleshooting methods.
• Proficiency in creating test plans, executing tests, and diagnosing technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for power generation systems.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Quality Control and Testing
  Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans for diesel power generators, ensuring compliance with design and performance specifications.
  Conduct and oversee product testing, including performance, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.
  Identify, document, and report defects or issues discovered during the testing process.
• Collaboration with Development Team
  Work closely with engineers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to generator design and performance.
  Provide technical support and expertise to cross-functional teams to improve product quality and resolve defects.
• Documentation and Reporting
