Job summary

Kanry Search in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking an Assembly Technician for a 1-year contract (convertible to permanent) in a semicon/MNC cleanroom environment. Basic salary up to RM2,800 plus fixed allowances, shift and meal allowances, and 15 days annual leave.

Working days are Monday to Friday with rotating Morning/Afternoon/Overnight shifts. The role involves assembling mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical components, reading BOMs and schematics, wiring power boards, inspecting

Qualifications

• Open to entry to mid-level candidates with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering, or relevant hands-on manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components for semiconductor and industrial equipment.
• Read and understand BOM, engineering drawings, electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Perform electrical wiring and assembly of electrical/power boards using hand tools and torque tools.
• Inspect components and products, identify defects and report issues when required.
• Support production activities including assembly, inspection, labelling, kitting and packaging.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, cleanroom, ESD and PPE requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality standards are followed.

Role: Assembly Technician (Contract 1 year - Convertible to Permanent)

Location: Jln Keluli, Pasir Gudang Johor
Basic Up to RM2,800 + Fixed Allowance + Shift & Meal Allowances + 15 AL
(Gross: Up to RM3,400 before OT)
