Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Kanry Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assembly Technician in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. The role requires reading engineering drawings, wiring diagrams or BOMs, and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical or electro-mechanical assembly.

Applicants with 1–3 years of relevant experience, basic English and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. The position involves rotating shifts and opportunities for training, with benefits and overtime.

Qualifications

• SPM, SKM and Diploma holders welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience advantageous.
• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams or BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic modules.
• Perform component installation, wiring, kitting, alignment and calibration.
• Follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, Operational Method Sheets and Bills of Materials.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, gauges and measuring instruments.
• Inspect completed assemblies and report workmanship or material defects.
• Record production progress accurately in Oracle or shopfloor systems.
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, quality and workplace safety procedures.
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
