Qualifications

• Experience as an assembly technician or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and CNC machined parts according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform basic fitting, alignment, and inspection of assemblies.
• Operate hand tools and measuring equipment with accuracy.
• Ensure assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and QC teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and area.
• Follow SOPs, company policies and safety guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement in production processes.

What you'll be doing

• Assemble mechanical components and CNC machined parts according to blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform basic fitting, alignment, and inspection of assembled parts.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and assembly area.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and safety guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
